Walk About Wednesdays - This old house edition

I decided it would be fun to take you on a virtual walking tour of my neighborhood! Mum is a sucker for old things, especially houses, so here's one we see frequently.

This is the Kennard house and it's said to be the oldest house in Lincoln! In the 60s it was dedicated as a monument of our statehood. Pretty cool, huh?

Old timer Tuesday

Here's one of the old man. He does alright for himself, though mum worries about him all the time. She's always like "Edgar! Stop chasing him! Edgar! Stop bonking him!" Sheesh, I'm just tryin to keep him spry!

Take out

Mum let me have the rice container from her take out...I think I got every last grain from every nook & cranny! If y'all are noticing that I've been around a lot more its cause mum got a new phone! It does fancy things like takes pictures & she can write blogger posts too! Yahoo! I'm back in business!

Tough days

I'm watching the news with mum and I just don't know anymore, guys. I'm kinda feeling glum, I just don't know what's wrong with humans sometimes. I sure hope that everyone out in Watertown gets to go to sleep tonight feeling safe & sound!

A question from mum

I'm having trouble replying to comments on the blog...I type it all out & when I press publish it disappears! Does anyone else have this problem on blogger? Ideas? Any are most appreciated!

Terra

Did you guys know that the word terra means earth? And the name for me -Scottish Terrier - comes from that word terra? So really, terrier sorta means earth dog...which is what I did last weekend! I went to an earthdog fun day! There was a nice man there who was an expert & he helped my mom & me to learn how to do it. There was this cage with two rats in it and boy oh boy did that get me going! Then the man put the cage inside a wooden tunnel and I had to find it! He said I did really great for my first time and even let me have two turns! I can't wait till they have another fun day cause boy was that fun!!
