Help for Oklahoma

My furiends Susie and Sidebite live in Oklahoma near where the tornado hit.  They, along with some other good blogville citizens are hosting an auction to help raise green papers for the Oklahoma Humane Society to help all the animals affected by the storm.  Hop on over to their blog and see what you can do to help out!

Batten Down the Hatches

We are just hunkering down here for some more thunderstorms. They don't bother me much, except for the really big booms that wake me up out of a hard sleep. Mum doesn't mind them either, except that she left the window open and the top 1/8th of our bed got wet...sheesh, mum! Don't you know better?!

Dinner Time!!!

Can you see what's in my bowl? Brussels sprout butts!!! They are my favorite! I love it when momma cleans Brussels sprouts for her dinner and I get to eat the hind ends that she has chopped off! They are so crunchy! You can tell in the last photo, it's an action shot of me crunching!

I'm Kinda in the Dog House

So, I met two new doggies in two days. And I bit them both. Twice. They were real nice doggies. My momma was real embarrassed and now she's looking at training books for doggies that are aggressive to other doggies. Gulp! You guys think I might have a problem? Does anyone have any advice for my momma? I think I made her real sad...

Weekend guests

Well, as you know, my friend Lucas was in town and stayed with me and my momma! And well, to be honest, my momma was pretty sad. See, Lucas and I didn't play. Only once but our playful growls quickly turned from playful to ferocious. Ah well, we are two years older than we were, maybe we've grown out of it? On the positive side, Lucas' momma is one of my favorite people ever and I am exhausted from the snuggles and cuddles!

From mum: it was so strange. I could see Edgar in the window as we were all coming up the walk and when he saw our weekend guests his bark changed and his tail has never wagged so fast! When Lucas came in, Edgar jumped up on him and tried and tried to get him to play, but Lucas ignored him. Edgar eventually gave up, which for a terrier I think says something. They peacefully hung out, but didn't seem like the old pals they once were. It made me sad, but perhaps they've outgrown one another?
