Tea Time!

I tried to make tea for mum. I've never done it before and by the look on her face I think I did something wrong...
Any expert tea makers out there that can give me any pointers?

    We're with Sully, pee and tea are the same colour (kinda) so they clearly go together, right?

    Oh my Lee always has a cup of tea sitting by the puter. You don't spill tea on the puter, I can tell you that much.
    Oh and a spoonful of sugar makes it go down much better.
