A Saturday Splash!

Remember the picture of me and mum from the concert in the park? We went back to the park Saturday and climbed around on the rocks and got my feets wet. Mum tried to make me swim, but I said no thanks! We had a lovely time...here are some pictures...

      we love this park, mum said it makes her feel like she's in the Black Hills or Colorado, instead of flat Nebraska!

    That is Crystal Clear water... you should give swimming a try... it is kinda FUN actually.

      hmm...mum picked me up and unceremoniously plunked me in the water - I was not pleased. wet feets are one thing but all of me?? no thanks!

    Bella is our only swimming terrier. We don't mind WADING, but not swimming. Your water is much cleaner than our river water.

      it's a man made area in the park with water - even though it says no wading, the water smells like it's treated with chlorine...

    What fun, and what a pretty lady your Mum is!! Glad you enjoyed your day. And by the way, Todd doesn't like to swim either, but he does love when I squirt him with the garden hose! :-)

      well, aren't you kind - mum is blushing! we haven't met too many terriers that love the water - once she put me in a life jacket at the lake...how embarrassing!
