Well, Grampy is doing just fine, but mum says the news is not so fine. The people at the Rehab center said even though he's working really hard, his body is just not responding. They said he has to go to a "skilled nursing facility" which mum says is fancy talk for a nursing home. He will do lots of physical therapy there in the hope that he regains his mobility and can go home. It will be a long road, but if anyone can do it my Grampy can! Mum's eyes leak from time to time when she gets thinking on ot for too long so I've been trying to get her out for lots of walks to keep her busy. Please keep up the POTP for him so he can hurry and come home & my mum's eyes will stop leaking so much. Thanks, furiends!
Here's a gratuitous picture of moi to brighten the mood!

My great-great granny used to call it the "booby hatch" and she went there. She died there at age 103. She was born before the Wright Bros flew and lived to see 9/11-the whole gamut of aviation.
ReplyDeletePaws crossed for grampy.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,

We are keeping our paws crossed for Grampy!!
ReplyDeletePraying for your Grampy. Nursing home is not bad, my Dad was in a nursing home and he had more company there than when he was home.
