Tis I, Super E!  Hi furiends!  Sorry I have been missing.  Mum and I have been keeping up with all of you and yours, but we haven't found time to keep up with us and ours.  It has been busy at our house.  Mum has been travelling back to her home town, Omaha, every weekend to see Grampie.  He's making some progress and is now able to walk down the hall and to the entry of his nursing home, using a walker.  It is Mum's hope that he'll be able to go home before his birthday - which is one month from today.  And she has a new little human pup nephew!  So she has been spending time with him too.

I'm afraid that I have hurt mum's feelings a bit recently.  See, we recently moved, and her fella came with us.  I've always been a fan of him.  But see, mum has noticed me snuggling up to him sometimes.  She points out that I have to be forced to snuggle with her and I think she is j-e-a-l-o-u-s... What can I say?  Sometimes a guy just needs another guy to hang with.  After all, she'll always be my mum!

  2. yeah, you need some male bonding time, Edgar. We'll keep our paws crossed that Grandpa can be home by his birthday.

Sounds like your mum is very busy, so maybe you'd better do some snugglin' there, too.

  3. Cuddling is better than abusing you. Your mama should count her blessings.

  4. Just tell her, you need some bro time with her man. I think she could appreciate that. Continue prayers for Grampie.

    Aroo to you,

  6. That is fantastic news about your Grampie! Progress is always a *good* thing. Doesn't your mom know about "guy talk"? She wouldn't understand, I guess. Just remind her Scotties are very loyal.

  7. Edgar, your Scottie Mom has a right to be jealous! I understand you might need some guy time but be sure to give her some Scottie love from time to time, okay? Much love, The Scottie Mom.
